Account & settings

Manage your INTERSTITIAL profile, password, and appearance, use the Smart Suggest toggle, read the offline banner, and understand desktop, tablet, and phone device support.

Your account panel is where you manage your profile, password, and appearance — plus a few things INTERSTITIAL handles for you automatically, like offline detection and device-specific memory limits.

When to use

  • You want to update your name, company, profile photo, or password.
  • You want to switch between light & dark theme, or toggle Smart Suggest.
  • You lost your connection and want to know what the warning banner means.
  • You are working on a phone or tablet and want to know the limits.

Open your account

  1. Open the account panel from your avatar.
  2. Pick a tab on the left: Profile, Security, or Appearance.
  3. Use Payment to jump to the pricing & credits screen, or Log Out to sign out.

Profile basics

  • Profile photo — click your avatar to upload & crop an image, or use Change photo / Remove on an existing one.
  • First Name, Last Name, & Company — edit the fields, then Save.
  • Email is shown read-only.

Security

  • Update password — enter your current password, then your new one twice.
  • Delete my account — permanently removes your account and all associated data, including projects, images, and videos. You confirm by typing DELETE ACCOUNT exactly. This cannot be undone.

Appearance

  • Dark / Light mode — switch the theme.
  • Frosted Glass — translucent blur on panels. It uses more GPU, so it is best on desktop.

Smart Suggest

Smart Suggest pre-analyzes an image the moment you select it, so a prompt suggestion is ready the instant you need one. It is on by default.

  • Find the toggle in the Render Settings popover — open it with the gear icon on the prompt bar.
  • Turn it off if you would rather the AI analyze only when you explicitly ask.

Offline banner

If your browser loses its connection, an amber You are offline banner appears at the top of the screen and warns that some features may not work until you are back online. You can dismiss it, and it returns if you drop offline again.

Device support

INTERSTITIAL runs on desktop and on tablets such as the iPad. To protect memory on phones, workspaces are capped (about 15 layers per workspace) and images render at a lower resolution. For heavier projects, use a desktop or tablet.

Tips

  • Leave Smart Suggest on for the fastest prompt suggestions; turn it off only if you prefer manual control.
  • Frosted Glass looks best on desktop — turn it off on lighter hardware if panels feel sluggish.
  • Deleting your account is final — export or download anything you want to keep first.
