Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither legally obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§§36, 37 VSBG). No obligation under §36 (1) VSBG currently applies to us because, as of 31 December of the previous year, we employed ten or fewer persons (§36 (3) VSBG).

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform under Regulation (EU) 524/2013 was wound down by the European Commission in 2025 (the platform stopped accepting new complaints on 20 March 2025 and was fully shut down on 20 July 2025); we therefore do not link to it.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§7 Abs. 1 DDG). However, according to §§8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
