Can I try Interstitial AI for free?
Yes. The Blueprint plan is completely free and gives you access to Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, and Flux Klein. No credit card required — just sign up and start generating.
What models are supported?
We support a wide range of image and video models. Image generation includes Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, Flux Klein, Flux Dev, Flux Pro, Flux Max, GPT Image 1.5, Seedream 4, and Seedream 4.5. For video generation, we offer Runway Gen-4 Turbo, Kling v2.5 Turbo Pro, and Veo 3.1 Fast. We also offer AI upscaling via Freepik Magnific. Blueprint users have access to Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, and Flux Klein. All paid plans unlock every model.
What file formats are the outputs?
Images are output as WebP by default, with PNG and JPEG also supported. Videos are delivered as MP4.
Does Interstitial AI use my data to train its AI models?
No. Your uploads and generations are stored privately in secure cloud storage. We do not use your data to train any AI models.
Can I upload sensitive project work?
Yes. All project data is stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage with no public access, and our database is hosted in a European region (eur3). Your work stays private and secure.
What payment methods are supported?
We process all payments through Stripe, which supports credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other methods depending on your region.
How does billing work in Interstitial AI?
Each paid plan includes a monthly credit budget (1 credit = €0.01). Generations deduct credits based on the model and resolution used. Base plans have a 20% margin, while Pro and Max plans have only a 10% margin — so your budget goes further on higher tiers. Pro and Max also receive promotional discounts on select models.
What happens to any unused credits at the end of the month?
Credits reset at the start of each new billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan benefits and remaining credits stay active until the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term commitments.
What if I run out of credits on a monthly plan?
All paid plans support pay-as-you-go. If you exceed your monthly budget, you can keep generating — overage charges are invoiced at the end of your billing period via Stripe. You can set a spending limit to stay in control.
